Product does not work. Could not install. Setup files corrupt. Found a product that installed correctly first time.

It won`t open As others before have indicated "it won't open". Therefore, I cannot rate it as I cannot run it.
Can`t review either It downloaded fine and I even got the desktop icon. But when I clicked on the icon...NADA!!!!
